How can I cancel my order?

This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.

However, since we send orders to our warehouses frequently throughout the day to provide customers fast fulfillment and shipping, we’re unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently; therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been processed.

What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

If you order arrives with damage, please call (876) 978-5760) so we may assist you with a replacement order or refund. If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt.
